Once the order is processed, home delivery will be coordinated and you will be provided with a tracking number for the package.
In the case of orders from Panama, delivery will be coordinated with a motorized vehicle or with Unoexpress, depending on the customer's choice, and will have a delivery time of 1 to 4 business days.
For international orders, shipments will be made through DHL. Shipping times depend entirely on the Delivery Courier and the customs of your country. These can vary from 1 to 8 weeks, depending on delivery region.
For both local and international orders, shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the courier provider's rates. If required, the items in your order can be sent in separate packages.

- Customized or adjusted products.
- Earrings or a set that contains earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Discounted items with a discount of 30% or more.
All these situations are considered final sale and will not be taken into account for a refund, exchange or return.
