Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Refunds, exchanges and returns are made on a case-by-case basis for any products listed on kirleajewelry.com.
Refunds, exchanges or returns will not be accepted for the following situations mentioned;
- Changes of mind.
- Customized or adjusted products.
- Earrings or a set that contains earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Discounted items with a discount of 35% or more.
All these situations are considered final sale and will not be taken into account for a refund, exchange or return.
If you wish to make a size change, please contact us at heartfuljewelsinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and the new size you wish to change. We as a company are committed to changing the product once we have the returned item in our hands and it passes through the corresponding inspection.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by us before returning merchandise to us. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and with its tags. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for returning/exchanging the item. You are responsible for your own returns process and charges may be incurred during the process.
If there is any damage or error in the items you ordered at the time of delivery, please contact us at heartfuljewelsinfo@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving your order and send us photos of the condition in which the package arrived, as well as photos of the damage to the product. We cannot help you after 14 days or if the item has been used.
An evaluation will be made if a replacement or refund of the item applies. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for returning/exchanging the item. You are responsible for your own returns process and charges may be incurred during the process.
Once we have received the returned defective item, we will issue you a refund. It is worth mentioning that the refund of the item does not include the shipping fee paid when you purchased the product. This charge is non-refundable, as the courier does not issue returns.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled and refunded if the order has not shipped yet. Please note that order cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
Only those items that do not have customizations or adjustments can be canceled. These items are customer specific and are considered final sale and unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
