Once the order is processed, home delivery will be coordinated and you will be provided with a tracking number for the package.
In the case of orders from Panama, delivery will be coordinated with a motorized vehicle or with Unoexpress, depending on the customer's choice, and will have a delivery time of 1 to 4 business days.
For international orders, shipments will be made through DHL. Shipping times depend entirely on the Delivery Courier and the customs of your country. These can vary from 1 to 8 weeks, depending on delivery region.
For both local and international orders, shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the courier provider's rates. If required, the items in your order can be sent in separate packages.

Refunds, exchanges or returns will not be accepted for the following situations mentioned;
- Changes of mind.
- Customized or adjusted products.
- Earrings or a set that contains earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Discounted items with a discount of 30% or more.
All these situations are considered final sale and will not be taken into account for a refund, exchange or return.
If you wish to make a size change or if your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at heartfuljewelsinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and reason for requesting the exchange/refund, as well as photos of the condition in which the package and the product arrived.
